We bought this for my brother for his birthday. He has registered but it does not seem to pick up any uk courses which seems abit ridiculous if it is being marketed in the uk. We have sent a query to them directly but have yet to hear from them....seems abit random if they dont and also a waste of alot of money as he only goes abroad to play golf about once a yeAR!!!

I wanted a simple gps in terms of front, middle, back of green distances and large numbers due to poor reading sight. Works a treat.
Also attraced by the lifetime membership and 10 courses credits and great overall value of the product.
Had some early difficulty understanding how to use the course download facility and finding where the courses had been downloaded to on my computer before transfering them to the product.....probably due to my basic computer skills! Contacted GoPlanet and they sent me an expanded user manual which really helped me. Have since successfully downloaded more courses....paid for through Pay Pal. Quick and easy to do. Very pleased with the product.

I just wanted a cheap basic model; front, centre and back of the green. the feature that clinched it was the capability to recalibrate it if there were any discrepencies. I eventually got registered and after an e-mail to the support,my download credits were added.Easy to download courses, I asked for 2 courses to be mapped for me, and am still waiting 5 months later(although they said if I mapped them for them I would get extra credits). The first time I used it on my local course the score card was correct but standing on the front of the first green it was showing me 26yards to the front. this was the same for the second course I tried it on.I had to recalibrate each hole, which was easy to do, but a bit of a pain when playing a course for the first time.
